      You can log in using either your username or email address.

      If using an email with initial and last name, use the full address including any dots, e.g.

      j.doe@dundee.ac.uk

      If using your username, make sure that it is without any dots, e.g.

      jdoe

      Using your username with dots or email without dots will not work.
