This module will develop your critical appreciation of management and leadership in healthcare and healthcare education. The subjects covered include the differences between management and leadership, and common leadership and management models and styles. In this very practical module, you will be encouraged to reflect critically on management and leadership within your own context. Understanding the principles of change management/leadership will lead to the development of a strategic and operational plan for change within your own workplace context.
