Dear PG Moodle Users,
You can now log in to PG Moodle using your email address! You can also continue using your username, if you prefer. We hope that allowing for both will make logging in more intuitive and reduce the number of issues that users encounter.
Please remember to use correct punctuation when signing in using email;
- If your email address is a name (e.g. John Doe’s address might be j.doe@dundee.ac.uk) you must include all dots in order to sign in via email. You can still use your username without dots as usual (e.g. jdoe). Using your username with dots or email without dots (jdoe@dundee.ac.uk) will not work.
- If you have a numerical email address (e.g. 12345@dundee.ac.uk) you can use either the full email or your username (e.g. 12345) as usual.
We hope this information is clear, and please get in touch with us at pgmoodle@dundee.ac.uk if you have any queries.
Kind regards
The Postgraduate Medicine Learning Design Team
