What is happening and why
The support resources provided on PG Moodle will soon be brought together into two pages: Student Support and Staff Support. These resources are currently spread across multiple pages, and the new structure will make it easier for users to find support information and for the Learning Design Team to keep that information consistent and up to date. The new pages will be available as links in the blue navigation bar at the top of every page, replacing the current links.
When is it happening?
We will make this change on Monday 27 February. Please be patient during this day as you may encounter broken links or be unable to access the support pages at times, however we aim to keep disruption to a minimum.
What do I need to do?
If you think you will need any of the information in the current support pages during the update window, you should save a copy for yourself in case there are times when the pages are unavailable.
If you have bookmarked anything in the current support pages, please replace these bookmarks after the update so that you can have quick access to the resources in their new location.
Our team will be doing our best to ensure that all links on active pages (e.g. current modules or course hub pages) are updated within the timeframe given above, so that they direct to the new support pages.
